# Heater Shakers Heater-shakers are a hybrid of {class}`~pylabrobot.temperature_controllers.temperature_controller.TemperatureController` and {class}`~pylabrobot.shakers.shaker.Shaker`. They are used to control the temperature of a sample while shaking it.
