async AmbiStore.request_is_parked() → bool#

Whether the machine is genuinely safe to move: homed AND the spatula slide/lift axes are retracted.

Prefer this over request_is_homed(). homedstatus reports homed even while the spatula is stuck extended in a stacker after a faulted top-slot pick, so it alone is not a safe-state check; this also verifies the slide (Y) and lift (Z) axes are near their home positions.
