Attributes

`default_emission_bandwidth`	The emission bandwidth of a channel or spectrum that gives none, nm (12).
`default_excitation_bandwidth`	The excitation bandwidth of a channel or spectrum that gives none, nm (8).
`default_focal_height_percent_of_well_depth`	this percent of the wells' depth above their floor (25 %, as on the CLARIOstar; 6.2 mm on a Thermo SureSTART 96-well plate, where the reader's autofocus found 6.2-6.6 mm).

`adjust_gain_and_focus`(fluorescence_channel, ...)	Find the gain and the focal height, or either, for a top fluorescence read on reference wells.
`measure`(...)	Measure the fluorescence intensity of the plate from the top (endpoint), through one fluorescence channel or several in one pass.
`measure_spectrum`(scan, start_wavelength, ...)	Measure a top fluorescence spectrum: excitation or emission scanned, the other fixed.
`measure_z_profile`(fluorescence_channel, *, well)	Measure the z-profile of `well` from the top and, with a target, fit the gain at its peak, to analyse or debug the focus.
