Functions

create_equally_spaced_2d(klass, num_items_x, ...)	Make equally spaced resources in a 2D grid.
create_equally_spaced_x(klass, num_items_x, ...)	Make equally spaced resources over the x-axis.
create_equally_spaced_y(klass, num_items_y, ...)	Make equally spaced resources over the y-axis.
create_ordered_items_2d(klass, num_items_x, ...)	Make ordered resources in a 2D grid, with the keys being the identifiers in transposed MS-Excel style.
label_to_row_index(label)	Convert a letter label to a 0-based row index.
