RUN fields for a top luminescence endpoint read (MeasurementMode 1). Not tested on a reader.

The focal height field carries the aperture distance, each chromatic a gain and the monochromator positions (no integration window), then MeasIntervalTimeNorm 0; the kinetic window carries the integration time in 10 ms steps.

Parameters:
  • monochromators (Sequence[MonochromatorSettings]) – one MonochromatorSettings per chromatic.

  • gains (Sequence[int] | None) – one gain per chromatic; None for automatic gain (UseAutoGain, as Voyager’s default).

  • integration_time (float) – seconds of light collection per well (10 ms steps).

  • settling_time (float) – seconds to settle before reading each well (20 ms steps).

  • aperture_distance (float) – mm between the top optic’s aperture and the plate (0.01 mm steps).

  • geometry (PlateGeometry) – the plate.

  • well_mask (bytes | None) – the wells to read (encode_well_mask); None reads every well.

  • corner (Literal['top_left', 'top_right', 'bottom_left', 'bottom_right']) – the reading order (encode_reading_mode).

  • reading_direction (Literal['column_major', 'row_major']) – the reading order (encode_reading_mode).

  • bidirectional (bool) – the reading order (encode_reading_mode).

Return type:
