async VANTAstarDriver.run_blocks(parameters: bytes, *, timeout: float) → List[MeasurementData]

Run a read from prebuilt RUN fields and return its finished data blocks: one, or one per kinetic cycle.

The flow Voyager uses: RUN, then the well list and the timing (both requested), then the data block status polled; the current block requested whenever a page of it is ready (CurrStateMeasDataRdy), and the next new block whenever the reader announces a finished one (NewMeasDataReady), until every block the read stores is in; then status polled until the reader is idle. Any failure, timeout or cancellation stops the run.

Raises:

• RuntimeError – if the drawer is open (nothing sent) or the run ends without its data.

• TimeoutError – if the run takes longer than timeout seconds.

• CommandRefusedError – if the reader refuses the RUN.
