Run a read of one data block (an endpoint read or a fluorescence scan) from prebuilt RUN fields and return the block (run_blocks).

Raises:

• RuntimeError – if the drawer is open (nothing sent) or the run ends without its data.

• TimeoutError – if the run takes longer than timeout seconds.

• CommandRefusedError – if the reader refuses the RUN.
