RUN fields for an absorbance endpoint read (MeasurementMode 2).
Besides the wavelengths the reader reads two reference wavelengths, 900 and 993 nm (Voyager’s pathlength-correction pair), and a reference channel.
- Parameters:
wavelengths (Sequence[float]) – wavelengths in nm (0.1 nm resolution).
flashes (int) – flashes per well.
settling_time (float) – seconds to settle before reading each well (20 ms steps).
geometry (PlateGeometry) – the plate.
well_mask (bytes | None) – the wells to read (
encode_well_mask); None reads every well.well_scan (Literal['point', 'orbital', 'spiral', 'matrix']) – point, orbital or spiral (
encode_well_scan); scan_diameter: its diameter, mm.corner (Literal['top_left', 'top_right', 'bottom_left', 'bottom_right']) – the reading order (
encode_reading_mode).reading_direction (Literal['column_major', 'row_major']) – the reading order (
encode_reading_mode).bidirectional (bool) – the reading order (
encode_reading_mode).scan_diameter (int)
